In a large bowl, mix together salt, Sun Zen Rosemary & Garlic Herb Seasoning, Sun Zen Gourmet Olive Oil to create a rosemary garlic marinade. Add shrimp and let stand in, covered, in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Preheat grill. Place four shrimp on each skewer. Grill shrimp on an oiled rack for three to four minutes on each side, or until just cooked through.
