“Cantonese Chicken and Noodles”
Prep Time: 10 Min
Cook Time: 15 Min
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ pounds boneless skinless
chicken breasts, cut into ¼-inch slices
- 12 ounces uncooked fettuccine
- 1 pound or 1 bag chop suey
vegetables (about 5 cups)
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms (3 ounces)
- ¼ cup hoisin or Peking sauce
- ¼ cup Sun Zen Parmesan Garlic Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Sun Zen Gourmet Olive Oil
Directions:
- Cook and drain fettuccine as
directed on package.
- Meanwhile, add Sun Zen Olive Oil
to 12-inch skillet heat over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken to skillet; fry 8-10
minutes turning once or until brown.
- Add vegetables and mushrooms; cook
and stir about 3-4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender and chicken is
no longer pink in the center.
- Stir Sun Zen Parmesan Garlic sauce
and hoisin sauce into chicken mixture. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir 1 minute.
- Add fettuccine to chicken mixture;
toss until well coated and heated through.
- Dish right from the skillet onto
your favorite family dinner plates; serve with dinner rolls.
“1-Skillet Chicken Mexicana”

- In small bowl, mix Sun Zen
Habanero Garlic Pepper Seasoning and salt; sprinkle evenly over both sides of
chicken breasts.
- In 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat Sun
Zen Olive Oil over medium heat. Add chicken; fry 8 to 10 minutes, turning once,
until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (170°F).
- Stir in beans, corn, salsa and Sun
Zen Sweet Red Pepper Sauce. Heat-to-boiling. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 3 to
5 minutes or until vegetables are hot and sauce has thickened.
- Dish directly from skillet onto
dinner plates. Serve with rice.
