Ingredients:
- 1 (4 pound) boneless fully-cooked ham
- 1 cup Sun
Zen Pineapple Island Sauce
- 1 cup drained crushed pineapple
- 4 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 1/3 tablespoons cornstarch
Directions:
- Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake at 325
degrees F for 1-1/2 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 140 degrees F
and ham is heated through.
- In a saucepan, combine cornstarch, soy sauce and Sun Zen
Pineapple Sauce. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until
thickened.
- Spread pineapple sauce mixture across top of ham and bake
for 15 minutes or until gives glazed appearance.
