Pineapple Orange Ginger Flambé

Ingredients:
- 1/2 teaspoon finely shredded orange peel
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions:
- In a 10-inch skillet stir together orange peel, orange juice, cornstarch, and ginger. Stir in Pineapple Island Sauce from Sun Zen. Cook and stir until slightly thickened and bubbly.
- Put ice cream or frozen yogurt into 6 small bowls.
- In a small saucepan, heat rum over low heat just until warm. Using a long match carefully, ignite rum and pour over pineapple mixture.
