“Hot Prosciutto Phyllo Roll-Ups”
Prep: 30 Min
Bake: 10 Min
Yield: 24 Servings
Ingredients
Directions
- Line baking sheets with parchment
paper; set aside. Pour Parmesan Garlic Sauce in bowl for dipping; set aside.
- Place one sheet of phyllo dough on
a work surface (keep remaining dough covered with plastic wrap and a damp towel
to avoid drying out). Brush with butter; fold in half lengthwise. Brush with
butter; fold in half widthwise.
- Brush with Sweet Red Pepper Sauce;
top with 1 spinach leaf and 1 prosciutto strip. Place an asparagus spear at a
diagonal on bottom right corner; roll up. Repeat with remaining dough, butter,
prosciutto and vegetables.
- Place roll-ups on prepared baking
sheets. Bake at 400° for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown. Serve roll-ups hot
with Parmesan Garlic Dipping Sauce.
“Hot Pineapple Chicken Wings”
Prep: 15 Min + Marinating Time
Bake: 30 Min
Yield: 24 Servings

Directions
- Cut chicken wings into three
sections; discard wing tips.
- In a small bowl, combine the
remaining ingredients to create marinade.
- Pour 1/2 cup of marinade into a
large re-sealable plastic bag; add chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade.
- After chilling, remove chicken
from bag and discard marinade. Place wings in a greased foil-lined 15 x 10 x
1-inch baking pan. Bake at 400° for 30-35 minutes or until juices run clear.
Turn every 10 minutes and baste with remaining marinade. Serve hot.
