Gourmet Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 12 whole
fresh mushrooms
- 1
tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 (8 ounce)
package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup
grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4
teaspoon Sun Zen Italian Cheese and Smoked Pepper Seasoning
- 1/4
teaspoon Sun Zen Rosemary and Garlic Herb Seasoning
- 1/4
teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4
teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
F (175 degrees C). Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Clean
mushrooms with a damp paper towel. Carefully break off stems. Chop stems
extremely fine, discarding tough end of stems.
- Heat oil in a large skillet
over medium heat. Add chopped mushroom stems to the skillet. Fry until any
moisture has disappeared. Set aside to cool.
- When mushroom stems are no
longer hot, stir in cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian Cheese and
Smoked Pepper Seasoning, Rosemary and Garlic Herb Seasoning, onion powder and
cayenne pepper. Mixture should be very thick. Using a little spoon, fill
each mushroom cap with a generous amount of stuffing. Arrange the mushroom
caps on prepared cookie sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes in the
preheated oven, or until the mushrooms are piping hot and liquid starts to
form under caps. Serve warm.

baguette
- 1
tablespoon olive oil
- 2 Roma
(plum) tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1
tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 1
tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
- 1 teaspoon

- 1 pinch Sun
Zen Italian Cheese and Smoke Pepper Seasoning
- 1 (8 ounce)
package sliced mozzarella cheese
- 1 (6 ounce)
package sliced provolone cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
F (175 degrees C).
- Slice the baguette into 1/2
inch thick diagonal slices. Arrange the slices in a single layer on a
baking sheet. Brush both sides of each slice with olive oil. Place tomato
slices and a sprinkling of basil and oregano on the bread slices. Sprinkle
the tomatoes, basil and oregano with the Parmesan and Garlic Herb
Seasoning and Italian Cheese and Smoked Pepper Seasoning. Cover the tomato
slices with slices of the mozzarella and provolone. Place more basil,
oregano and tomato slices on top of the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven
for 7 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly. Serve warm.
