Panko Garlic Parm Wings

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Italian-style Panko bread crumbs
- 1 cup Sun Zen Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 12 whole chicken wings, split at the joint
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with nonstick spray.
3. Using 2 shallow plates combine the breadcrumbs and Garlic Parmesan Sauce on one plate; and black pepper, salt and flour on the other.
4. Beat eggs in a bowl.
5. Dredge each chicken wing in the seasoned flour, shake off any excess, dip in the egg mixture and then roll in the breadcrumb mixture — patting the crumb mixture to adhere.
6. Set on the prepared baking sheet.
7. Repeat with all the chicken wings.
8. Spray the chicken wings lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
9. Bake for 40 minutes or until the wings are cooked through completely (160+ degrees).
10. Remove from oven and serve hot.
