Easy Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour

1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Melt butter in pan over medium heat.
Add flour, salt and pepper. Cook for one minute.

Cook until thickened.
