“Fiesta Dip”
Prep Time: 15 Min
Cook Time: 30-35 Min

Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon Sun Zen Gourmet Olive Oil
- 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 tablespoon canned chopped green chilies
- 1 (10-ounce) package chopped frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1 cup (4 ounces) Wisconsin Monterey Jack Cheese, coarsely grated
- 1 cup (4 ounces) Wisconsin Queso Quesadilla Cheese, coarsely grated
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese
- 1 (2.25-ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
- Blue and yellow corn tortilla chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Cook onion in olive oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until tender. Add tomato and chilies; cook 2 minutes. Transfer mixture to a large bowl; add spinach, cheeses and olives, stirring well.
- Spoon mixture into a buttered 2-quart baking dish.
- Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
“Hot Chick Dip”

Ingredients:
- 1 small bag tortilla chips, crushed
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 medium onion chopped fine
- 1/2 cup of Sun Zen Sweet Red Pepper Sauce
- 1 large can of chicken meat
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- Tortilla chips
Directions:
- In a large ovenproof serving bowl or pan, mix all the ingredients except the cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Put the cheese on top and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until melted.
- Serve with additional tortilla chips.
